Thank you for your commitment in participating in the 2nd annual HDOA Basketball Shootout.  The date for the event is Saturday December 6, 2008 and it will once again be held at the US Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington, Illinois.

        
Your team was selected from a large pool of teams throughout the state. We will need a return email as an interim contract until you receive and return the official contract, which will be forthcoming. 

We are confident that you will represent your School, Conference and the state well.  In order to make this shootout a memorable one for the kids, you will be required to participate in a timely manner on the request for team information that is required to make this shootout a success.

We fully expect the 2008 event to be bigger and better than the inaugural event.  To make this a successful event, please promote this event at your school and in your community because we’d like to see each school bring a large crowd of spirited fans to the coliseum.

Normal West – Will send contracts to all participating schools 
All Schools - will need to fill-out contract request and return to Normal West ASAP. 

November timeframe: All Schools will be required to submit the following to Normal West: 

Team photo with player and coach names 
Player spotlight information 
Team record (Win /Loss)
